My best friend is hosting an upcoming theatre fundraiser, so the other day I decided to plan ahead and finalize my outfit. There I was, searching my closet for something great to wear, trying on all the contenders when I finally realized that nothing I owned was going to work - I would have to buy something new.  Our family budget is generous, but we have expenses: three school tuitions, a mortgage, family vacation, and now also a math tutor! And let’s face it, on the night of the fundraiser I’ll have to pay for a babysitter and at least bid in the silent auction... While my brain was doing mental calculations, a light bulb went off: Affordable Chic! And just like that, I could have it all.
