Our Story
This dress is how the idea behind Affordable Chic was born. I have a husband, two daughters, and a busy social life. My priority is my beloved family, but I have a serious relationship with beauty on the side. As a woman, it is my oxygen. But however much beautiful things make me smile, I cannot spend at the detriment of my family’s needs. For years, my challenge has been to find beautiful but inexpensive clothes. I wore this dress as soon as I received it to attend an art opening with friends. These girls are beautiful, chic, and awesome moms. I’m petite, and they all tower over me. But that night, my dress made me feel really tall. A woman in glitter stilettos walked up to me and asked: “Your dress is so beautiful, may I ask where you got it from?” My answer intuitively flowed out of my mouth: “Affordable Chic”!
The following day, I started this business.
